A new kind of nursery is joining the list of tenants at the Paso Market Walk shopping center set to open in October.

GATHER | Urban Agriculture is an experiential nursery that doubles as a learning center for gardening workshops for both experienced and amateur gardeners.

Founder Laura Morgan holds a degree in horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She plans to hold workshops on planting micro-greens, creating terrariums and growing food at home.

Morgan has also worked at Hometown Nursery, which was previously a part of the planned Paso Market Walk site.

“I’m excited to see this property come full circle with the opening of my own nursery,” she said.

Other tenants set to open at the market include Just Baked Cake Studio & Bakery, Stafford’s Chocolates, Leo Leo Gelato, Montello Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Room, The Vreamery, and Momotaro Ramen.

The market is currently being built at 1803 Spring Street in Paso Robles. For more info, visit the market’s website.
