A flood advisory has been issued for the Central Coast.
The National Weather Service says moderate rain with rates of up to a half-inch per hour will continue until about 11:30 a.m. Sunday when the advisory will expire.
"Expect nuisance flooding of urban areas such as roadways and low-lying areas," the NWS said.
Several crashes and spinouts have already been reported in San Luis Obispo County Sunday morning.
