UPDATE (5:20 p.m.) - CAL FIRE SLO reports that the fire has burned approximately 100 acres.
A dozer line has been established around the perimeter of the fire.

(1:49 p.m.) - Firefighters are responding to a brush fire near Huasna in eastern San Luis Obispo County.
The fire broke out late Friday morning in the area of Caldwell Mesa Road and Forest Route 31S04.
So far, the fire has burned an estimated 50 acres, according to CAL FIRE SLO.
The fire is reportedly burning in the general area where the Gifford Fire burned last summer.
