The marine layer is starting to fill in along the coast Wednesday morning, however, the afternoon should be mostly sunny.

Onshore flow will likely push the coastal clouds to the coastal and inland valleys throughout the morning. These areas will be met with mostly sunny skies as the fog mixes out by late morning and early afternoon. Weather models are showing that mid to high-level clouds along the coast will hug the coast through the late morning and will gradually clear thereafter. It's possible that some of the clouds could linger through the afternoon for some of the coastal regions, making a mostly cloudy day possible for some local beaches.

Temperatures will remain warm for the inland valley communities with daytime highs reaching the upper 80s to mid-90s. The coastal valleys will be in the 70s and 80s and most of the beaches will be close to the mid to upper 60s.

These conditions will persist through the end of the week before cooler temperatures develop Sunday and through the start of next week.
