Fog is expected to move in Thursday evening, potentially influencing the visibility at coastal cities in San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County.

Fireworks displays start around 9 p.m. and could be hindered by the clouds that are expected to hug the coastline around 8 p.m.

For San Luis Obispo, visibility will be around a half mile by 9 p.m.

Pismo Beach, Cayucos and other coastal cities are expected to have even less visibility, while Santa Barbara and Goleta are anticipating clear skies.

Clear skies are also forecast for Paso Robles.

The upper level trough that’s brought cool weather to the Central Coast this week will continue Friday before smoothing out Saturday and bringing warmer conditions to the area.
