The sunshine continues Sunday through Monday – perfect for enjoying St. Patrick’s Day outdoors with the green scenery that now covers the Central Coast.

Temperatures in most areas will see highs between 74-80 degrees Sunday, with lows in the 40’s and 50’s.

We will see a return of the rain however, Monday night going into Tuesday; the rain may linger around through Thursday. The National Weather Service says this upper level trough of high pressure will fight a cyclonic flow that could potentially cut down the impacts of the storm for our area. We are expecting some light showers but as of right now, isolated thunderstorms can’t be ruled out.

The National Weather Service is also monitoring a cold storm that could come late next week. Details are still limited but this storm could bring wind, showers, isolated thunderstorms and low snow levels.

Enjoy the sunny, warm weather while it lasts!
