Offshore winds today cleared out the skies but NW winds return on Thursday for some coastal clouds. We are watching several pressure systems move thru the area so the winds look to switch a bit day to day but the overall weather looks dry.
Friday more high pressure moves back in driving some offshore winds into Saturday morning. This will mean cool lows, especially inland where mid to high 20s may take place. Saturday there is a frontal passage but with this cold and dry air already in place it’ll be a dry passage.
More strong NW winds return on Sunday at 15-25mph but again turn offshore early next week.
So the first half of January looks quiet, there is some model indications that the second half could be more active but that is still some time off.
