An upper-level low system is making way over the Central Coast Tuesday morning.

Models are indicating areas along the North Coast and Paso Robles could see the first of this system by about noon Tuesday. The rain band will continue to sweep inland through about 2:00 p.m. until areas to the south will start to feel some precipitation by later Tuesday night. The rain will continue into Wednesday and last throughout most of the day before tapering off Thursday afternoon. After the system exits the area, rainfall totals could range from .50’’-2’’.
