A frost advisory has been issued for Sunday night and Monday morning for the Central Coast. Temperatures are expected to drop between 32 and 35 degrees across interior portions of the region late tonight into Monday morning.

A freeze warning has been ssued for the Santa Ynez Valley from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday. Temperatures are expected to drop between 29 and 32 degrees for several hours.
A hard freeze can kill crops and sensitive vegetation and harm outdoor pets and livestock. Extended exposure to cold can cause hypothermia.
