Weak offshore flow will allow for increasing cloud coverage Monday morning that will continue into the afternoon hours ahead of some clearing. Daytime highs for the coastal and inland valleys will range from the upper 60s to low 70s. Similar conditions will be felt along with beaches but will, for the most part, be close to the mid-60s.

Tuesday looks to be fairly calm and mild with decreasing clouds. An upper level trough is expected over the area on Wednesday and it will be bring precipitation.

Right now, models are still varying on rain totals, but there is agreement that most of the rain from this system will be on Wednesday with scattered showers possible on Thanksgiving Day and Friday. The American Model shows this will be a lighter system with totals closer to .25”-.40” for our area. The European Model, which tends to be a little bit more generous with these totals, suggests this could be a much heavier system with rain totals from .75”-1.40”.  As we get closer to the event there will be more clarity on numbers.
