Morning marine layer continues to be a factor for the beaches Wednesday. Daytime highs will mostly be in the mid-60s with winds around 10 miles per hour. These temperatures will warm-up slightly on Thursday but at most will be in the low 70s.
There will be similar wind conditions in the coastal valleys but temperatures will warm-up to the mid to upper 70s. Patchy dense fog will hang around throughout the morning before gradual clearing just before noon.
Contrary to what’s happening towards the coast on Wednesday, the interior valleys will be hot. Daytime highs will be anywhere from the upper 80s to mid-90s, which are temperatures that will carry over into Thursday before a slight cooldown over the weekend.
