Temperatures stay cool through Monday

An area of low pressure over northwest Nevada is keeping much of California under cloudy skies for Father’s Day.

By 3 p.m. Sunday, The Santa Barbara south coast saw up to 0.22” of rain. Central San Luis Obispo County saw up to 0.12” of rain. Elsewhere, amounts were closer to 0.05”

Strong onshore flow will keep gusty winds in the foothills and high desert. Low clouds will continue over the coast and adjacent valleys with some afternoon clearing.

Temperatures stay cool through Monday before temperatures spike mid-week.
