Gladiator Paintball Park is unveiling their new Freedom Field today.
The field was designed to be used by mobility challenged Military Veterans and Special Olympians. Freedom Field is part of Gladiator Paintball Park located along the O’Connor Way entrance to Camp San Luis Obispo.
Tickets for active, reserve and retired military and their immediate family members to play a free game of paintball, low impact paintball, or nerf wars will be distributed at the Military Resource Fair at Cuesta College from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
At 2:30 p.m., LT. Colonel Angel Ortiz, Commander at Camp San Luis Obispo will take part in a dedication ceremony of Freedom field. Following the ceremony, visitors are invited to watch Veterans play an exhibition game on the field.
The field will also be open to the general public.
