The Righetti girls volleyball team defeated Tri-City Christian, 3-1, in the second round of the CIF State Tournament Thursday night at Righetti High School.
After winning the first two sets, the Warriors dropped the third set, 25-20, and stormed out to a 6-0 lead in the fourth set.
Righetti rallied to tie the Eagles in the fourth, 14-14, and then stormed to the 25-22 victory to close out the match.
The Warriors will now travel to Ojai to face top-seeded Nordhoff in the semifinals on Saturday at 6 P.M.
