It was a special Friday morning at Mission Prep as two senior student-athletes, Anna Reed and Jojo Zaragoza, celebrated National Signing Day inside the school's gymnasium.
Reed will be continuing her softball career at Harvard. Last season for the Royals, Reed led the team with a .423 batting average, a 1.30 ERA in the circle, and tallied 240 strikeouts.
On the hardwood, Zaragoza will be taking her basketball talents to Menlo College. In her junior campaign, Zaragoza averaged 13 points per game to go along with three rebounds and three steals.
