It was a Righetti sweep at the Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Round Table, with both athlete of the week honors going to the Warriors.
Senior Alijah Paquet scored a game-high 25 points in the Kiwanis All-Star Spectacular on Saturday night at Allan Hancock College.
” I didn’t know you could get athlete of the week after the season,” Paquet said.
On the boys side, it was the Tulane football commit Caleb Thomas who stole the show this weekend for the South-All stars, leading his squad to a 104-101 over the North. Thomas scored 20 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and was named the game MVP.
“It was my last high school game, so I’m going to have a good time,” Thomas said. “I got to play with some Saint Joe’s friends that I haven’t played with in a while.”
