Paso Robles High School graduate Josh Oliver has been invited to the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine following his tremendous senior season at San Jose State University.

The former Bearcat hauled in 56 receptions (3rd in FBS among tight ends) for 709 yards and four touchdowns during his final campaign with the Spartans, earning him First-Team All-Mountain West Conference honors and an invite to the Senior Bowl.

Oliver started 36 of 49 games during his 4-year career at SJSU and became one of just four tight ends in school history to surpass 1,000 career receiving yards.
While in high school, Oliver helped lead Paso Robles to a CIF Championship during his senior season and was named San Luis Obispo County’s, CIF Central Section’s Northern Division’s, and PAC 5 League’s Defensive Player of the Year.

Regarded by draft insiders as one of the top tight ends entering April’s NFL Draft, Oliver is projected as a day-2 pick.
The 2019 NFL Scouting Combine begins Friday, March 1 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.
