Morro Bay senior Grace Hotaling signed her National Letter of Intent to play soccer at Westmont College on Wednesday morning at Morro Bay High School.
As a captain on the Pirates’ girls soccer team, Grace tallied 15 points during Ocean Leauge play with seven goals and one assist.
Grace says she’s excited to compete at the next level.
“I’ve been playing soccer my whole life, and I’ve always dreamt of playing in those big stadiums,” Grace said. “My sister goes to Cal Poly and plays in college, and she’s always been a great role model for me. Playing college soccer has always been a dream since I was little.”
Grace will get to play against her sister when Westmont matches up with Cal Poly next fall.
