Businesses in the Santa Ynez Valley are thankful for an increase in customers this month.
With stay-at-home orders lifted near the end of January, hotels can now welcome all visitors and not those traveling for essential reasons only.
Fess Parker Wine Country Inn in Los Olivos says they were booked this past Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Women’s clothing store Avec Moi Décor, also in Los Olivos, says business was steady over the holiday weekend and they’re hoping that trend continues.
"It was great that things picked back up and that the town opened up and the tasting rooms are open again. It was really a lively, beautiful weekend," said sales associate Jody Pashakhan.
Restaurants and wineries in the Santa Ynez Valley are open for outdoor service.
Many golf courses, hiking trails and parks in the area are also open.
