Even though photographers may not be able to hold photo shoots like they used to, some local photographers are making it work.
Michelle Rogers is one of many photographers on the Central Coast offering front porch portraits or "porch-traits."
It's a way for families to have their portraits taken while maintaining a safe distance from the photographer.
"We're used to being out at baseball or soccer or ballet and we're all kind of hunkering down and it can be challenging, but this is kind of a fun light thing that will be a nice memory for families to look back on," said Michelle Rogers, a family photographer.
Rogers has been doing photography in the Five Cities and San Luis Obispo area for six years.
She said the first family she photographed Saturday wanted to showcase the homeschooling experience while the second family wanted to show their love for baseball.
