The Santa Barbara Shellfish Company and Great Pacific Ice Cream Company are also serving customers along the Wharf.
As the weather warms up, locals are getting outside and enjoying the open area.
"I think that we're fortunate that we do live in a very smaller community compared to what New York is going through, so I think if people do their part here, I think we should be able to get back to normal," said Ramon Alatorre, a Santa Ynez Valley resident.
Stearns Wharf is Santa Barbara's number one tourist attraction.
Police are actively patrolling the area to make sure the crowds do not get too big.
