Pasolivo continues to provide locally-produced olive oil to locals and customers all over the world during the pandemic.
The company also creates specialty food, kitchen, bath, and body products.
They have a 45-acre property with about 6,500 trees and 11 different types of olives.
Since the pandemic, they've had to lay off some employees, as well as organize curbside pick-up and over-the-phone sales.
"Our shipping department is working at full speed. The tasting room, the downtown (Paso Robles) tasting room, is open. The ranch is not open for tasting at this point, so all of our retail activity is being funneled through the downtown store," explained Clara Ward, Pasolivo tasting room associate.
They're also offering free delivery in San Luis Obispo County.
