A Lompoc-area restaurant is changing its menu and offering more budget-friendly deals amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Village Coffee Stop at 3734 Constellation Rd., Ste. J says business is good and they have not had to lay off any staff.

The restaurant located off Highway 1 in Vandenberg Village is open for breakfast, lunch and now dinner, even barbecuing several nights a week.

Friday's menu includes rib, chicken, and prime rib.

"All in all, I'm pleased with last month's sales that we've done considering the situation that we are in," said owner David Jaskolski.

Meals can be picked up and the restaurant has multiple procedures in place to ensure cleanliness and limited contact between customers and staff.
