A Santa Barbara County business specializing in meal prep and wedding catering has turned to delivering home-style dinners.
The owner of Food Inc. of Santa Barbara County says they are currently doing about five to 10 deliveries each day of their comfort foods but are prepared to do as many as 40.
Orders must be placed online before 3 p.m. the day before delivery.
“The service we provide... is very well done, very well executed, home-style meals, at this point, for home-style, it’s comfort food," said owner Anthony Minniti.
A Navy veteran, Minniti says he’s working to reopen the historic The Timbers Restaurant in Goleta, which was made from the remains of the Elwood Pier after it was bombed during WWII.
