Chef Rick's Ultimately Fine Foods in Orcutt has remained open during the pandemic with a temporary "COVID-19 Menu."
Chef Rick Manson says the restaurant is doing about 30-40% of its regular business and he's had to layoff some employees.
Still, he's thankful for the community support and says he's looking forward to reopening under new guidelines and rehiring his staff.
"I haven't heard the exact guidelines of how we'll open back up. We're ready to open back up and we're willing to do anything we need to do through social distancing, sanitation, anything we need to do," Manson said.
The restaurant is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
