Elaine Jaye Pipes, 40, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
Pipes is wanted on suspicion of identity theft, possession of an altered or fictitious check, altering or forging a driver’s license/identification, receiving/purchasing stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, making or issuing unauthorized money, shoplifting, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She is described as 5′ tall and 100 pounds. Her last known address is in Los Osos.
