William Scott Lawrence Cowan, 28, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
Cowan is wanted for violating probation for second-degree burglary of a commercial structure, vehicle, or garage.
He is described as 5′9″ tall and 150 pounds. His last known address is in Paso Robles.
