Steven Tyler Cowan, 25, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
Cowan reportedly has an arrest warrant for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, vandalism of $400 or more, and preventing the use of a wireless communications device to seek help.
He is described as 6′4″ tall and 190 pounds. His last known address is in Paso Robles.
