UPDATE (11/15/18) – The sheriff’s office reports that Baybayan was arrested on Thursday.
Joel Baybayan, 34, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
Baybayan is wanted for a probation violation, possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a loaded firearm, and domestic battery.
He is described as 5’9″ tall and 180 pounds. His last known address is in Los Osos.
