UPDATE – The sheriff’s office reported on Nov. 20 that Martinez has been arrested after a member of the public contacted the Grover Beach Police Department with a tip.
Robert Anthony Martinez, 76, is the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Most Wanted Wednesday suspect this week.
He’s wanted for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of child pornography.
Martinez has been featured as a Most Wanted Wednesday suspect on a couple of previous occasions. He was originally wanted on the child pornography charge and arrested in Cayucos after deputies received a tip from the public, but he reportedly never showed up for his court hearing.
Sheriff’s officials say they’ve received reports he may be back in the area.
Martinez is described as 5′9″ tall and 195 pounds. His last known address is in Morro Bay.
