Even though many hair salons remain closed, one Templeton shop is making it work.
The 9's Hair Salon is offering haircuts outdoors during the pandemic.
The family-owned business is not currently offering color treatments and other services since indoor services are not permitted.
All guests and employees at the salon are required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Salon workers are also increasing sanitizing measures.
"It's almost like starting a new business because we're going from full service to basically only haircuts, but people do need haircuts and i think people like to feel like they're being cared for, so it's working," Kelly Bourgault, co-owner of 9's Hair Salon said.
