Drivers are asked to be extra cautious near the Santa Maria River Bridge Thursday after a vehicle caught fire in the area.
CAL FIRE SLO reports the flames were knocked down by 2:40 p.m.; however, fire crews are still on scene along Highway 101.
The initial call reportedly came in around 2:15 p.m.
No other information was immediately available.
