The southbound Highway 101 on-ramp at Turnpike Rd. in Goleta is re-opening Friday.
The discovery of a sinkhole prompted its closure in late December.
Caltrans says emergency work was done to repair a steel and reinforced concrete pipe 40 feet underground which caused the sinkhole.
The project cost $1 million.
