Taco Temple in San Luis Obispo is one of the many restaurants still open during the coronavirus pandemic.
The business is no longer open for dine-in, but the restaurant is offering local delivery, and curb-side pick up for all call-in orders.
The manager says two-thirds of their staff had to be furloughed, but they are hoping to bring some back if business continues.
"There's a lot of us independent operators out there right now that could really use the support and vice versa." says Taco Temple General Manager Patrick Lynch, "I know people still want to get out of the house and it is okay to be able to come in and pick up your order curb-side, if anything just to get out and get some fresh air."
Lynch says he aims to keep as many staff members working as possible.
