The group, Welcome Home Military Heroes, celebrated a members birthday Tuesday afternoon with a surprise drive-by parade.
The parade was held for U.S. Army combat veteran, Robert Tolan, who turned 27.
Tolan is the co-founder of Welcome Home Heroes, and the group says they usually don't hold weekday drive-by salutes so this was a complete surprise.
"It was a huge surprise, I was not expecting this at all," said Tolan, who says he is normally the one who puts together these events.
The group has done over two dozen drive-by celebrations since the pandemic began.
