Only one lane of Northbound Highway 101 along the Nojoqui Grade in Santa Barbara County was open Friday afternoon.
Caltrans announced the #2 lane closure was needed as crews inspected the pavement for any damage from the latest storm.
There was no word on when it may reopen.
The #3 lane was already closed due to a paving project.
