Splash Cafe in Pismo Beach is still open and serving the community.
They've streamlined their menu to clam chowder and a few other popular items. And Splash Cafe is now taking call-in and online orders while offering curbside pick-up.
The business said that though they've had a rough couple of weeks, the recent sunny weather has also brought out some customers.
Operations Manager of Splash Cafe, Derek Davis, says that their new approaches should allow the restaurant to process orders as quickly as possible.
