Etna Interactive is sponsoring a workshop called the SLO Summit Series which will take place in 2020.
The company in San Luis Obispo is looking to help local businesses and their employees learn to increase cooperation and collaboration with one another.
"As a professional, how to communicate with your boss, both to develop the empathy and the understandings of the challenges they face and the expectations that they are under, but how to specifically navigate with them to get your own ideas moved through an organization," say Ryan Miller, CEO of Etna Interactive.
Three workshops will be held in 2020 for the SLO Summit Series.
Special guest, Mary Abbajay will be a speaker at the events.
Any business is welcome to participate in the workshops, and spots are limited.
The first workshop will take place Friday, Feb. 7 at the Lighthouse Suites in Avila Beach.
