The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office announced Friday that a second victim has died from injuries related to a shooting in Goleta.
The fatal shooting took place on January 7 on Burtis Street.
Authorities say 19-year-old Jasper Pieter van der Meulen was hospitalized since the shooting and died on Thursday. The second victim, 19-year-old Enzo Marino Rastelli of Santa Barbara, died at the scene.
The Sheriff's Office says the suspect is still at large. However, they do not believe that the general public is at risk.
