UPDATE (2:10 p.m.) - Arroyo Grande police say one person was arrested after a search warrant was served Wednesday morning at a home on the 400 block of S. 4th St. in Grover Beach.
Police say the arrest was in connection with an identity theft investigation.
Investigators say evidence was located at the scene along with additional stolen property.
Cristobal Lopez, 51, of Grover Beach was reportedly booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on suspicion of various felony charges.

ORIGINAL STORY: A search warrant was being served at a Grover Beach house Wednesday morning.
Law enforcement could be seen at the home on the corner of 4TH Street and Seabright Avenue.
Arroyo Grande police are reportedly the lead agency on the case and were searching the home as of 9:15 a.m. Grover Beach police were also on scene along with SWAT earlier in the morning.
Police say one person was detained.
They have not said what the search warrant is related to or what investigators are looking for.
More information is expected to be released later in the day.
