The Santa Barbara Zoo plans to reopen to the public on Saturday, Jan. 30.

The zoo has been closed to visitors under the state's regional stay-at-home order since Dec. 7. That order was lifted on Monday.

The zoo has welcomed some new animals since it's been closed to the public. Visitors will get to see the zoo's new white-faced saki monkeys, baby flamingos, and fireback pheasants.

Zoo guests will be required to make an online reservation prior to arrival. To book a reservation, visit the Santa Barbara Zoo's website.
