Rosa's Italian Restaurant in Pismo Beach has been open for 32 years -- and there's no sign of slowing down.

Owner Douglas MacMillan says that thought the restaurant has been impacted by the stay-at-home order and more, they still offer a full menu.

Whether for take-out, curbside pick-up or delivery, Rosa's Italian Restaurant is still full service -- even with their staff at 10-percent capacity, said MacMillan.

On a packed night, the restaurant can seat over 200 people, but they're adapting and staying strong.

"We've done everything we could to just never close," MacMillan said. "Even remodels -- we've stayed open. I mean, what ever it took. Whatever it took; it's just not what we do."

And though times have been tough, MacMillan and his restaurant have continued to provide food to the the 5Cities Homeless Coalition.

If you want to grab a bite at Rosa's Italian Restaurant in Pismo Beach, their sanitized doors are always open.
