Pismo Beach police are searching for two suspects in connection to a reported armed robbery and attempted homicide at a 7-Eleven convenience store Sunday morning.

According to a press release sent to KSBY News, Pismo Beach police officers were dispatched to the 7-Eleven store on South Dolliver Street shortly before 6 a.m. for a report of a robbery that had just occurred.

One of the suspects cornered the victim behind the register counter as the other suspect stole lottery tickets and cigarettes, according to Pismo Beach police.

Officers say the first suspect stabbed the victim multiple times, resulting in non-life threatening injuries.

Officers describe the first suspect as a Hispanic adult male in his 30s standing at 6 ft tall and between 250 to 275 lbs. Police say the first suspect had a light complexion and wore a black face mask, black pullover hooded sweatshirt with white stripes on the upper sleeves, long black shorts, white socks, black/white Nike athletic shoes and gloves.

Officials describe the second suspect as a Hispanic female adult in her 20s standing at 5 ft tall with a thin build and light complexion. Officers say the woman was wearing a red bandana covering her face, black knit beanie hat, black sweatshirt with "ATI" on the back, black slim fit pants, black/white athletic shoes and gloves.

The two suspects fled the scene in a 2000s or newer white Ford Expedition with a black luggage roof-rack, gray or brown running boards, rear tinted windows and chrome wheels, said police officers.
