Hair and nail salons are now able to reopen in Santa Barbara County.
Following the announcement Monday that stay-at-home orders would be lifted across the state, Santa Barbara County Public Health said things like outdoor dining could resume and salons, museums, zoos and more open as soon as 8 a.m. Tuesday.
One Arroyo Grande resident said she drove to Queen Nails and Spa Tuesday after learning they were open.
Loli Galingo says she was happy to get her nails done after waiting more than a month to do so.
“I feel excited. I’m glad that they were open. I’m just really glad that they were open,” Galingo told KSBY News.
