Two people are in the hospital following an early morning incident.
Santa Maria Fire says around 2:30 Wednesday morning, two people were found with severe injuries in the area of Thornburg and Jones.
One person was flown to Cottage Hospital with stab wounds to the torso, according to Santa Maria police. The other person was taken to Marian Regional Medical Center with head trauma.
On Wednesday afternoon, Santa Maria Police Department said the suspect is at large.
