Another new cannabis dispensary has opened its doors in Lompoc.
The Roots held a ribbon-cutting event on Friday, and the business had its first day selling to customers on Saturday.
This marks the fifth retail cannabis business to open in the city.
The manager wants to make sure the store is catering to the community however it can.
"Not a lot of high-paying jobs in the area so we're gonna keep those prices moderate to low and just give deals every single day," said Alex Orozco, The Roots Dispensary Manager.
To date, the City of Lompoc has issued 19 cannabis business licenses.
