The first day of the Labor Day Art in the Park Festival kicked off on Saturday.
The three-day long art festival is free to attend and features 108 booths with 125 artists and craft workers.
This is one of the Morro Bay Art Association's annual fundraisers.
The proceeds help fund children's art classes and provide scholarships and other programs throughout the year.
"It's nice to be able to show your work where people can come by and ask questions, but it's also really nice just to talk to people, honestly just to share," said Andrew Wilkie, artist participating at the Labor Day Art in the Park Festival.
The festival is happening through Monday Sept. 5, 2022.
