The principal of Mary Buren Elementary School in Guadalupe has been placed on administrative leave.
The district is not providing information on the reasoning behind the decision, citing it being a “confidential personnel matter," but says Dr. Rene Rosas’s leave began Friday, Aug. 27.
Dr. Michelle Fox is temporarily serving as the primary school site administrator.
