Lompoc Police are investigating a pair of shootings that happened Saturday evening.
According to the Lompoc Police Department, officers received reports of shots fired around 7:30 p.m. near E Maple Ave. and North G St.
Police found evidence of a shooting, but no known victims. It is unclear if there were any intended victims.
A second report of shots fired came in nearly two hours later at about 9:15 p.m. near W Apple Ave and North O St.
Similarly to the first reported shooting, officers found multiple shell casings at the scene, but no victims.
It is too early to tell if the two shootings are connected or gang-related.
