Giving Tuesday 2019 comes to San Luis Obispo County.
JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery has awarded $50,000 to 42 teachers in the northern San Luis Obispo County area through the JUSTIN School Grants program, according to a press release.
The funds will reportedly be used to purchase supplies including science kits, microcomputers for coding, and art sets as well as support field trips to local sites including the Central Coast Aquarium.
In total, JUSTIN School Grants are set to benefit 4,821 students across 20 schools.
JUSTIN School Grants is the second grants program initiated by JUSTIN, which has also offered the JUSTIN Community Grants program since 2013.
